Frodo and Bilbo’s reunion in Rivendell.
Hello there everyone!
I’m so sorry I’ve been out so long, but I’d an entirely month of exams at uni, and, as you well will understand, I couldn’t do anything but studying along all that month. So… How things have gone since then? Tell me everything.

‘Can you promise that I will come back?’
‘No. And if you do, you will not be the same.’

Certainly, I wouldn’t mind have a second breakfast right now *tired*

I wish I was as agile as in those days, all I can do now is to move as fast as possible without attracting the attention of those nasty orcs.

Aiya, Master Elrond! It’s so nice to hear of you again =). Tell me, how is the lady Arwen? I’ve heard she was spending some time in Rivendell with her child Eldarion. One more time, thank you for your gratitude and our long years of friendship :).

Well, my part of the mission was to distract the orcs while the younger ones are rescuing Frodo, and so I have done.
I lit a small fire in the middle of an old forest nearby, and the orcs will not take long to arrive, wondering about the origin of the smoke. I managed to get into a small tree from which I get to see the fortress of Mordor: the alarm has stopped ringing and the orcs are coming. It’d be better to get off the tree and try to reach the fortress before the orcs get here.
I hope everything has gone as expected, and all the lads are safe.

There and back again: a hobbit’s tale by Bilbo Baggins
It’s been a really good life =)

Bilbo: “My dear Bagginses and Boffins, Tooks and Brandybucks, Grubbs, Chubbs, Hornblowers, Bolgers, Bracegirdles and Proudfoots.”
Old Proudfoot Hobbit: “Proudfeet!”
Bilbo: “Today is my one hundred and eleventh birthday! Alas, eleventy-one years is far too short a time to live among such excellent and admirable hobbits. I don’t know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve. I, uh, I h-have things to do. I’ve put this off for far too long. I regret to announce — this is The End. I am going now. I bid you all a very fond farewell. Goodbye.”

I’m so sorry I’ve been off these days, but you know, it’s Christmas: dinners with the family, dinners with friends… I have to take my exams too, so I don’t think I can log in too much in January. But I will try to do it, I don’t want to give up on this Tumblr. Happy new year to all of you.
We really must rescue Frodo, it’s been a long time…
